Love was in the air as I met Rebecca and Eli for their engagement session at The Farmstead in Oxford, MS. These two are so excited for their upcoming wedding, and it was a dream to take them out into the flower gardens. Congratulations, Rebecca and Eli!
Rebecca and Eli are too cute for words! They held hands and stared lovingly into each other's eyes basically the entire session, and I was all for it! So much has happened since they met online in early 2020, and I can't wait to share their love story with you.
After some time apart, they reunited in September 2022, and they've been inseparable ever since. Eli proposed at Georgia Blue in Southaven, MS. All of their family and close friends were there to witness one of the best days of their lives!
"In his family, they have a tradition where his pop will make you a birthday cake if you’re apart of the family. I got my first “pop cake” and written on top was will you marry me? What's the secret to their sauce? Anything is a date as long as they are together! Sonic? Grocery shopping? Steakhouses? Yes, to all of it.

That said, Eli plans a lot of fun dates, and most are surprises. He always puts in the thought and effort to make it super special for Rebecca, and that just melts my heart. You two are the best!
"One of my favorite things about our relationship is that we both like to act silly and goof around. It’s so nice to be able to truly be yourself around your partner and genuinely feel like you’re marrying your best friend. There are plenty of times when we will say the same thing at the exact same time and just look at each other and laugh. I truly couldn’t imagine being silly with anyone else."
