Do you feel love in the air? I sure do! Abby and Brian were SO READY to celebrate their upcoming wedding with an Engagement Session! We chose The Farmstead in Oxford, MS as our session location, and let me tell you, it wasn't a mistake!
The flowers were out to play, and the grass was perfectly green. It was like a fairytale! Set against a backdrop of bright blue sky, Abby and Brian had everything they needed to be in the moment during their Engagement Session. I was so happy that I got to capture it all!
These two are proof that online dating works. They met through the apps the previous Spring, and have been practically inseparable ever since. Brian proposed while the couple was on vacation in San Juan, Puerto Rico, right on the beach at sunset. She was in her pajamas because he promised it was just for a "quick stroll," so when he knelt and popped the question, Abby was in shock! Of course, she said yes!!
One of their funniest moments as a couple happened when they tried ping pong for the first time. Both Brian and Abby are extremely competitive, and Abby challenged him, saying that he should prepare for a crushing defeat.
Hyped up to win, they squared off. The game started, and to Abby's surprise, Brian was actually really good! He won every set with ease, and Abby struggled to keep up. The whole time, they laughed and teased each other. Genuinely shocked at how good he was, Abby was left to eat her words.
Ping-pong isn't the only sport they love to do together! These two share a love of golf. It's a perfect blend of relaxation and competition to them, and they enjoy the challenge of the game.
They also love taking their dog, Ryder, out for long walks. This daily ritual gives them a chance to spend time together outdoors and enjoy nature. Is that the secret to their happy relationship? I think so!
